Public Group Sessions

Group Fitness Training

Our Pre & Post Natal certified Personal Trainers run open group workouts across parks in the South East of Melbourne (or halls during the colder months). The training style is a combination of High Intensity Interval Training and Pilates, perfect for building strength and working up a sweat after giving birth or during pregnancy. They’ll also incorporate pelvic floor work and essential exercises to rebuild core strength.

Sessions are moderated to 4-5 clients to ensure our Babysitter’s can entertain the children on site. Our ideal situation is for you to be able to see your bub, but for them to be so distracted that they forget you’re there!

You’ll train with the same people every week, so these sessions are also great for those looking to meet parents and other kids in the area.
