Our Trainers attend all sessions with a babysitter and bring all equipment needed for your workout.

Alex specialises in prenatal and postpartum training using a mixture of pilates, strength and HIIT . She’s also a qualified Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with the NSA with an emphasis on health from a holistic viewpoint. Alex understands that everyone’s body is different and requires its own analysis and customisable approach in order to thrive. Alex’s passions include assisting with the transition of and refining plant based diets, pre and postnatal nutrition, sports/performance nutrition and sustainable weight loss.

Alia Steglinski (Bch Appl Sci Nutr, eREPS) is tertiary qualified accredited nutritionist and certified personal trainer. Alia specialises in Yoga, Pilates and mindfulness – with a side of HIIT training for those who enjoy a faster paced workout!
She helps people achieve weight loss and inner confidence by helping people find purpose with their mental and physical health using her Five Pillar System.

Gabrielle is a Registered Nurse, Midwife and Personal Trainer – making her our pregnancy extraordinaire with an incredible wealth of knowledge. She has a passion for working with pregnant clients, and helping to ensure they have a safe and healthy pregnancy. She also offers incredible training with our post natal classes and specialises in a pilates style training, building strength from the inside out.
