PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
Enjoy a worry-free fitness journey with Babyfitter’s private personal training sessions. We’ll bring the equipment; you just get there! Keeping in mind that “there” might be your lounge room, your backyard, or your local park. It’s completely up to you. Our goal is to make it as simple as possible for you so you can focus on what’s really important.
Our Trainers are experienced in working with pre & post natal clients, so they will modify the workouts so they are suitable for your body and your goals.
Our sitter will get to know your kids and understand what they really enjoy. They’ll keep them entertained for the 45 minutes that you are working out. You can even assign our sitter a project to work on, or you might just want the kids to have a play on the playground. Our sitter’s priority is your child’s safety and happiness.

STEP 1: GOAL-SETTING CONSULT
You’ll discuss your goals, availabilities and obstacles with your Coach during your initial consultation (optional whether via zoom or we can send you a form to complete).
STEP 2: YOU’LL BE ASSIGNED YOUR WEEKLY PLAN
Built off your personal goals, your Coach will supply full workout programming in your plan. For example:
er goals are to rebuild her overall strength (including pelvic floor) and lose 2-3 kg.
She is short on time and hoping to increase time dedicated to workouts week by week:
WEEK 1 PLAN
-2 x 15-minute sweaty HIIT workouts
-1 x 30-minute walk
-5 x pelvic floor exercises
-45 minute babyfitter session
STEP 3: CONSISTENT CHECK-INS FROM YOUR COACH
Are you getting your workouts done? If not, why? How can we improve? If yes, how did it go? Your Coach will tell you how we will build and grow on your progress next week? How can we challenge you? Are we getting you closer to your goals?
